Rhea Dawkins is a dynamic marketing professional, creative, and producer with over a decade of experience spanning corporate marketing, live production, and community engagement. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing, Rhea began her career in Atlanta’s arts and entertainment industry, where she worked at Journey Performing Arts Center and one of the region’s leading talent agencies while performing across the city.
Her transition into corporate marketing at a global IT company marked the start of a career defined by innovation and precision, where she rose to manage global marketing campaigns and automation. Over the years, Rhea has applied her expertise across companies in IT, Health & Beauty, and Real Estate Law.
Today, she blends that corporate experience with her passion for the arts and giving back through her work with Youth Enrichment Services (YES!).
Whether producing a stage play or managing a corporate event, Rhea continues to lead creative projects through Slate 32 Events, her production company specializing in brand amplification through live events, customer experiences, and brand media. Her work reflects her belief that creativity and strategy are most powerful when they move people – a principle shaped by her lifelong connection to the performing arts.
